Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation by the Customer:

1. Cancellation requests must be made via email or by contacting our customer service.
2. Once the booking is confirmed and the advance / booking amount has been received, the advance / booking amount is strictly non-refundable.
3. In case of cancellation by the customer at any time after booking confirmation, the advance / booking amount will not be refunded.
4. Cancellation or postponement of the scheduled service by the customer, for any reason, shall not entitle the customer to a refund of the advance / booking amount.
5. Cancellation on the day of service, failure to be available for the scheduled service, or cancellation after the vehicle, manpower or packing materials have been arranged may also result in additional charges, wherever applicable.

2. Cancellation by SHREE MAHAVIR PACKERS AND MOVERS PVT LTD

We reserve the right to cancel a booking under certain circumstances, including but not limited to:

1. Inadequate or inaccurate information provided during booking.
2. Unsafe or inaccessible pickup or delivery locations.
3. Violation of our Terms and Conditions.
4. Circumstances beyond our reasonable control that prevent us from providing the agreed services.

In such cases, the customer will be notified of the cancellation. Any refund, if applicable, shall be processed in accordance with the applicable refund terms and the specific circumstances of the cancellation.
