- Cancellation within 24 hours of booking: You are eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellation after 24 hours of booking but before the scheduled service: A cancellation fee may apply, which will be communicated to you at the time of cancellation.
- Cancellation on the day of service or failure to be available for service: No refund will be provided.
b. Cancellation by Mahavir Packers and Movers:
We reserve the right to cancel your booking under certain circumstances, including but not limited to:

- Unsafe or inaccessible pickup or delivery locations
- Violation of our terms and conditions
